What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight, so delays never cost you. Free waiting starts when your flight actually lands.

How long will the driver wait?

VIP: 60 minutes free after landing (15 minutes at a hotel or home pick-up), then a small charge per 15 minutes. Shuttle and Express leave on schedule; if you miss your run we move you to the next one free.

How do I pay?

Online when you book, by card or mobile money, in kwacha at the exchange rate shown. Your seat is confirmed once paid.

Can I cancel?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up. Within 24 hours, 50% is refunded. No refund for a no-show.

Where do I meet the driver?

At the arrivals exit of Kenneth Kaunda International Airport. Express and VIP drivers hold a board with your name. We email your driver's name and phone number before your trip.
